Originally founded in Vancouver in 2019 under the name Nordic Window Cleaning, our company has evolved to offer a full range of residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including:

Founder Aaron Gustafson brings over 20 years of experience in high-rise building maintenance, having worked with many of Vancouver’s leading property management companies. With a strong background in rope access and exterior cleaning, Aaron is committed to delivering meticulous and reliable cleaning services.
After relocating to Bowen Island in 2021 with his wife Vanessa (and soon after, welcoming twins!), Aaron shifted his focus to serving the local community. What started as a small residential service has quickly grown, and today Sitka Property Services is proud to be Bowen Island’s most trusted home maintenance company, with over 2000 jobs successfully completed to date.
In 2024, Nordic Window Cleaning rebranded as Sitka Property Services to better reflect the full scope of professional property maintenance services we provide to homeowners, builders, and real estate professionals..
