Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We are fully insured. We carry WorkSafe BC insurance for all team members and 2 million in liability insurance. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?

We do, however, request that you provide any specific instructions beforehand and ensure pets are safely indoors. For services requiring interior access, such as window cleaning, we will coordinate with you to ensure access and security.
