Aaron did a great job washing our deck, concrete apron, windows and skylights, plus he cleared debris from all our gutters. He was prompt and communicative, and I felt the cost was entirely appropriate for the work involved. I will definitely use him again – on a regular basis!

Sitka did a fabulous job. The roof looks like it did when it was new. From first contact to job initiation, process was very smooth and the crew was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. They obviously care about doing a good job as it showed in the results. Aaron made sure to follow up and make sure we were satisfied. Totally recommend Sitka.

Aaron came to clean my upper level exterior (and some very high interior) windows. He and his team did a fantastic job – quick, efficient, tidy, and reasonable considering the work involved for the interior windows. Will definitely call again, and recommend!

Aaron and his crew did an excellent job. Good and prompt communication, on time and personable. They were easy to work with, flexible with last minute add-ons. They cleaned the roof and in past have cleaned my windows. I am signed up for a window wash next spring!

The SITKA team arrived on time….Blair spent the entire day (in the wind and rain) power washing our decks, stairs and patios. Excellent work and we look forward to them returning in April to clean our windows, gutters and roofs.

Aaron did a brilliant job pressure washing patios, decks, pathways and also washing windows and gutters. My house isn’t the easiest (tall) and the garden has a lot of steps and levels but he took it on with good cheer. Aaron was responsive, professional and went the extra mile to leave the premises clean. I would highly recommend Sitka’s services!

Sitka was exceptional. Shortly after we contacted them, Aaron gave us a very fair quote to clean our roof and windows – both of which are not easy jobs because of the house location and design. We accepted the quote and within a week they did the work – came when they said they would and did an excellent job. The site was cleaned up after they left. We were very pleased with the quality and the price and would recommend Sitka to everyone we know.

I had sick property services come in and clear the Moss of my roof on bowlen sland.. a two-man crew arrived on schedule worked from 9:00 to 4:00 cleaned the entire roof of moss and cleaned the gutters. They also reattached one of the gutters which had pulled away from the house. These guys worked hard and did an excellent job at the quoted and very reasonable price. I would recommend Sitka property services to anyone needing this kind of work done. Well done
