Terms and Conditions

By accepting a quote and/or scheduling a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Terms

Quotes are valid for 30 days.

1.1 Conduct

• We hold a zero-tolerance policy for any form of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward our team.

1.2 Weather Policy

• All services are weather dependent. We may reschedule in the event of: Heavy rain, high winds, snow or ice.

3.1 Emergency Jobs

• All emergency services are subject to a 30% surcharge.

3.5 Pest Policy

• We are not equipped to remove pests (e.g., wasp or bird nests). If any are discovered on-site, we will inform you. Services will be resumed once the pest issue has been resolved.

2. Service Details

2.1 Window Cleaning

• Our basic window cleaning includes the removal of dust and dirt using soap, water, and squeegees. Please remove window screens before our arrival. If you need assistance, our crew can help for $5 per screen.

• Water-fed poles are used for high or hard-to-reach windows. These may leave water on the glass, but it is filtered through a three-stage purification system designed to dry spot-free.

2.2 Window Detailing (Post-Construction Cleaning)

• This is an intensive service for removing paint, debris, and heavy dirt buildup. If needed, please request a separate quote for this service.

2.3 Interior Window Cleaning

• All window sills should be clear of items prior to the service.

2.4 Pressure Washing

• The work area must be clear of furniture and personal items before our arrival. Our crew may assist moving items, however, more than five items or any large/heavy objects may result in additional charges.

2.5 Gutter Services

• Basic Gutter Cleaning: Includes removal of tree debris from gutters and downspouts. A small amount of residual dirt or shingle granules is considered normal. This service does not include exterior gutter cleaning.

• Gutter Detailing: Cleaning the exterior surfaces of gutters. Note: Some stains (especially on white gutters) may be permanent and cannot be removed.

2.6 Moss Removal & Roof Cleaning

• These services are billed hourly. The longer moss is left untreated, the more time and cost will be required for removal. This applies to both shingle and metal roofs.

2.7 Changes to Services

• Review your quote carefully before our arrival. If you’d like to make changes or add services, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled date. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests, but additional services may require rescheduling.

• Removal of any service on the day of service will incur a 50% charge for that service.

2.8 Deficiencies

• Any issues or deficiencies with the service provided must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
